Default 2-3" more of lift possible?

so i have a 3" body lift right now, but im kinda wanting an extra 2-3" more. if i buy new 2-3" lift coil springs and add-a-leaf in the back. will it fit without having to buy or do anything else for that matter? will the control arms and everything reach? I dont care if i gotta get new control arms, i like the look of aftermarket ones anyway. Just lookin for someone to tell me what all id need to have or do in order to get that added little bit. Im gonna be puttin 35s on as well. i know they will clear with the body lift, but i still want a couple more inches.

To bring your front up you can use coils from a 2500. That's what I did with a 2.5" leveling kit with no problems. As far as the rear end add a leafs should go in with no problem.

To my knowledge no. I have stock control arms in mine and have no issue

IIRC, you can go up to 3" suspension lift without having to do control arms or pitman arm. After 3" everything WILL be needed.

for the rear thry make a shackle reversal bracket to lift as well that would be less harsh than an add a leaf... Im in the same situaton as you and want to go 2.5" or so higher with a body lift.

Your only issue will be backspacing of your wheels.

Scenario: stock control arms, +3" SL lift, 35" tires assuming 12.5" wide, axle pulls backward and contact will occur on control arms and/or inner fender. I will say you'll be ok, but will rub. To what extent, I'm not sure. To improve your chances just a bit on the tire, go 315/75/16. It's slightly narrower.

My backspacing is 4.5" and its money for my setup. I posted a picture of my changes in What Did you do to your Ram today.
