I have about had it with them....for a week now I have been trying to get the trans upgrade and it keeps kicking the order back saying I have some info wrong but it wont tell me what I am entering wrong.......so I try the gazillion variations of my name spelling, address, phone number, etc, nothing works and by this time I have like 25 pending orders.....So since they are only open from 8-5 I took half a day off work today so I could come home and get it worked out over the phone with tech support..... call them up to do the order over the phone, got it ordered but I also need to update my email cause it changed, sorry, i have to delete my whole account and create a new one to change emails....I finally get the trans upgrade ordered over the phone at like 1 pm, they said they will call me when it is ready to download, at 4:30 I call them back....is it going to be today, I ask? Sorry sir, probably tomorrow, we are having server problems...crap....they are only open from 8-5, hello, i dont get home till after 5 and the software is installed on my home pc....and to top it off the tech support guys act like it's such a bother to try and help someone who is having problems....so now I have actually ordered the trans package but now have to wait till God knows when to actually get it installed on my tuner....damn they **** me off. They do rape us on some of their prices and stuff ..... so I bet they are in to that kinky stuff.

 

Man that sucks when/if you get it you will have a smile on your face every time it shifts over. If you think sc is bad with tech support try calling verizon or xbox customer service.

 

That sucks man. I kind of went through that when I corrupted my PCM by stacking the SCT onto the superchips. Good luck brother.

 

I wish I could stack tuners, but I dont want to fry my PCM. I would go SCT in a heartbeat, but I love my transmission tuning.
