Default I have been hiding...

Nah not really, just been busy with life you could say. The wife and I just purchased our first house a week or so ago...kinda scary, yet exciting. Anyways, I think this is the first time I have initialed and wrote my name so many times on so many pieces of paper. I think we signed our first born away too! In between all this, I been back on the road inspecting bridges. The bridge we are currently at is the William Preston Lane Bridge or as I know it, the Chesapeake Bay Bridge! Its approximately 5 miles long and we are in charge of inspecting a portion of it. Here are some shots from the top of the west tower... More cool photos to come as we are just beginning the climbing portions need for the bridge. So basically this is where I have been boys and girls!

haha this mild... the one structure that made me hate was the The Green Bank Telescope that we inspected... its basically a bunch of trusses melded together! This picture is taken roughly 300 yds away from the structure itself. The very top of the arm sits at 460 off the ground!

Congratulations! I am an adrenaline junkie, so I love heights. I am a union ironworker so heights are something I experience everyday. Even when it is 10* outside.

Cool pics, I only climb up to 100 ft, and that's high enough for me. Congrats on your new home, enjoy it.
