Were using a mig/flux welder. Running full beads on outside and grinding them smooth and running beads on inside every couple inches, with some angle iron on inside for support. Its going to be sprayed with bedliner when we are done.

Default UPDATE!!! Almost DONE!!!

UPDATE- Not what I originally thought it would look like, but I love it! Its taken me along time! I'm almost done!!!

That looks pretty damn good, it's too bad that custom is the only way to go for a bumper.

lovin the look of that stinger you got on there! gives me an idea for my bumper modifications.

There is one company who makes a bumper for our truck, but they really suck, from what I have been told. Bad customer service and really bad quality. But, if your interested click here to go to there website. I did save money doing it on my own and now that I have some experience I'm looking at making a rear bumper next... hopefully it wont take me over a year like this one did.

I'm trying to finish this bumper as quick as possible, my son is going to be born in 3 weeks!!! I am so excited!!

Yeah, the 'Wincher' has been posted up a few times...never heard anything positive about them...plenty of negatives though!

I'm sure your son will love your bumper too.

My new Bumper!!!

Needed 2 spacers, found the perfect spacer! 9/16" socket!!! All I need now is a couple more coats of bed liner!
