Default Bed / Tailgate Caps - Whats the best kind??

Im wanting to purchase a tailgate cap for my 05 QC Dakota. Whats the best kind available?? If available, anyone know where to get a metal one.

leer is a good cap. so is a.r.e. i dont think they make centry caps anymore. i purchased my tonneau cover from killam truck mart in east windsor. they have a site map with various dealers around the us. just google them and there website will come up. its bargain news or something like that

they have those to. also if you want factory one the dealer can get them.

I'm planning to get some for mine, or maybe spray in liner over the rails, either way I like the idea of the rails being protected. Haven't looked around too much but the house brand ones performanceproducts.com sells look like decent ones and they're not bad on price either, plastic though.

oh, the ones that run and cover the entire length of the rail, i was thinking inserts that stop crap from going in the holes...kinda like they have electrical outlet protectors for young children

anyone check out the gap guard that goes between the tailgate and bed when the tailgate is down? Never seen one in person but looks like a good idea.
