Without knowing anything about your setup I'm going to say redo the ground, first thing I'd check for engine noise. I'm sure Eric can give you more suggestions if that doesn't work.

well... engine noise inst good for your speakers, but it isnt terrible... I dont think you will hurt them immediatley, but I am sure they will be damaged over time...
Definitely don't let it go for a long time, I kept putting off fixing the engine noise in my integra. After 2 months my kappa components blew... was a sad day for me.

is it possible to bridge my 4-channel amp? if i can do it for all 4 speakers, is it possible to do it to the front ones? some kind of positive/negative assembly that i forgot...

if you have a 4 channel amp, you could bridge two channels together by wiring across both channels for your positive and negative connection. some amps have a bridged mode slider switch, others do not. my rockford punch 160 i bridge and flip a chip on the pcm to tell it perform in hi, mid, or lo mode. now when your talking about running more than two speakers off a bridged channel i get a little nervous. i don't like to have that many wires put together in one channel. it has great potential to fry your amp or damage your speakers.

yah my amp has a bridge switch and high low crossover switch... if i just do the front speakers like that....is it both positives in one terminal and both negatives in the other?
