My Raider has the 4.7L with 24000 miles and it stalls once in a while(3-4 times a month). It does not stumble or shake, it is as if someone turned the key off. It does it when slowly coasting to a stop. Maybe a few feet from where I stop. There are no codes and the dealer has no idea. They already put a new computer in and a new Cam Position Sensor on differant visits. Any one have any ideas or suggestions?

take it in again...and take it in for a 3rd time...after the 3rd time doesnt work claim lemon law and get an 08!!!!! i wouldnt mind the 300 hp out of the 08 4.7s

 

I had the same problem when I first bought my truck. It was bad when I had to hit the brakes because of traffic. I haven't had the problem in a long time and the dealership couldn't fill me in either. It eventually worked itself out.

 

Mine has done it twice bud (raider). If it continues I will do the lemon law thing

 

Yeah I'd go for the lemon law if I was you guys... but... is Mistsubishi even making an 08 Raider...??

 

Since I've had the truck mine has stumbled and stalled two times when it park, the dealer looked over everything and said they couldn't find anything, hasn't done it for a good 3k miles though so I think mine was a coincidence.

 

Yes,we just don't know what engines we will get. It was either a 5 or 10 year deal with Dodge and the Raider started in 2006.

 

Actually, now that I think about it, it hasn't happened to me sonce I put the JetChip in.

 

So can someone clarify how the lemon law actually works?? I mean do you get the newest version of that vehicle or to you get the MSRP for it when you bought it or what???
