thats very true...because the dodge company is like a penny pencher! they will find any reason to void your warranttee and make you pay because they don't wanna pay even if it is waranttee work anyway!

yeahp i'll agree with you on that! and when i have to look at a vehicle under any warranttee items or issues i look for any reason to deny warranttee! cause techs don't get paid to do **** on warrantee work and yeah...like i had an SRT-4 come in the other day and it was acting up...the computer was different and we "determined" that it was the computer causing the problem and since it wasn't a stock ECU them yeah their warrantee was voided and had to pay 650 bucks for a new computer to fix the problem! so yeah if anything else goes wrong with that vehicle then sorry you **** out of luck!

If you guys don't get paid when you perform work under warranty your dealership sucks, no offense but someone should be yelling at the boss about that one... Techs should be paid for work they perform, if it's under warranty Chrysler is supposed to pay for it.
