Default Power tailgate lock

Welll I ordered the Pop & Lock power tailgate lock from here http://www.truckaccessorizer.com/sto...lgate_lock.htm
for $79.95 w/freeFEDEX shipping.

Here is a pic of the locking mechanism and plate. I can only guess at this point that the plate with square hole is the one that slides to lock the tailgate. It is more substantial looking than the Pace Edwards lock shown here http://www.truckaccessorizer.com/sto..._powergate.htm
Instructions are as expected, vague at best with no diagrams.

I'll probably tackly this little gem on Friday, I will take lots of pics and post up what I have once done....

My time tables were moved up for me. I am going to be moving from the Chicagoland area back to FL (Tampa area) and so the the cap, hitch, and now this are all part of 'getting ready'. Now I will be able to put all the crap in the back of the truck, tow the bike and leave the wife's car empty for the move...

I saw this earlier and forgot to post...you'll definitely have to post some pics once you get it all done--hitch, cap, locks. I'm real excited to see it with the cap, especially...that's going to look awesome!
