Gay? What an intelligent well thought out response! Believe what you will, but the frontier and now the equator are very capable trucks, in some areas much more so than dakotas. You don't have to like them but it is simply ignorant to dismiss them offhand in such a manner.
It is a very intelligent response, I couldnt have thought of a better one, hehe! As far as the truck, I kinda like it, but I can't see it having a hole lot of HP, but I cant say that until the specs are out.
i didnt need to think it out. as soon as i saw "suzuki" i knew it was gay. if you like it so much go get one, you wouldnt be breaking my heart any. suzuki makes toys like crotch rockets and 4 wheelers, not real trucks.
Anyone know where they are made? I think the Toyota trucks are made in USA, so maybe Nissan does the same thing.
As far as Suzuki, I have always been impressed with their ability to do a REALLY good job in matching their engines to the gear ratios on their transmissions in the 3 cylinder subcompacts they used to sell as the Swift and Geo Metro's. My mom had a the station wagon version (that she referred to as the "pregnant roller-skate") which she drove the heck out of, including one trip over the grapevine mountains into LA with over 1000lbs of people and cargo inside and the AC running. We weren't exactly breaking any speed records, but we weren't the slowest car either.

We should know the specs on it after this weekend. I wonder what engine it will get. The nissan is prime for the V-8, they are already using it in the pathfinder. Its the 5.6l, 310HP, 388lbft from the Titan/Armada. I doubt they would let suzuki have that motor but the Frontier may see it or a SC V6. That would be a kick but combo for power. Still a little cramped and under rated towing though.
The Frontier V6 has more horsepower than our 4.7's.
I really wanted one in '05, but I couldn't get leather with a stick.
And Dodge was giving these away with the employee pricing plus rebate.
