Was thinking about adding the CAI and Magnaflow cat-back exhaust to my truck. Was just wondering what kind of exhaust do you have on yours? Did you have to do anything to the computer when you added these upgrades?

I could be wrong but think the computer will adjust itself based on the new air flow after afew miles of driving.

correct. You can reset the PCM by disconnecting the negative from the battery, turning the ingnition and holding it for 20 seconds, reconnect the negative and start it. It will reset it self. Or you can install, leave it alone and after 200 miles or so, it will recalibrate.

The computer will adjust itself, I removed everything behind the factory y-pipe and I'm running a Cherry Bomb Vortex single->single muffler with a dual tip exiting in front of the passenger rear tire.

Yeah they are correct... I am running the 77 Series KN CAI and I did the same as Altair, removed everything from the Y back, new pipe and new Cherry Bomb Pro Series exhaust and no resonators on mine, the exhaust is a one in and one out, although I kept mine stock appearing, comes out to a single tip behind the passenger rear tire.

that intake is just one of the cheap ones off ebay. it dont come with a heat sheild. i will either extend the piping into the fender or i would like to eventually get a s&b cai if i end up keeping the truck.

i did the cai and i just had the resonators and muffler remove and installed the magnaflow. the factory piping is stainless and will flow plenty for what this truck will ever do.

i personally wouldnt put a chokemaster on a mower, but thats my opinion. i personally run magnaflow or hooker areochambers on my vehicles.
