aftermarket
daaaaamn nice...
I'm not a pro at it or anything, but I do very well on my own tinting... I've done probably, 50 or so door windows...
So, I mean, I take the time and do it right... Im not the fastest at it by any means...
I just did the strip on my Celica last night, it took me about 10 minutes to do...
The truck will take a little longer, gonna take a little more time... specially around that mirror bracket...

thanks. i been tinting for about 5 years, racing and building for about 10 years. all my tinting is free hand, no patterns, cutters, etc. i do all my engine builds, porting, etc. the dodge is what i carry everything in, i havent seen another dakota around here get worked anywhere near as hard.
Nice looking truck, and did you guys notice the color? Looks to me to be bright silver metallic
Awesome color... Not a bad looking MOOstang
So where abouts do you live?

you can do all the aftermarket parts to the motor that is out there. i also have a 125 shot of nitrous on my 4.7 nothing compared to the gears swap. it is a must have.cams and pcm and what not is gonna run 1200-1500 dollars. unless you go the cheap route with the h.o. cams. but go big. it will benefit you in the long run. goto www.airram.com and check out his site. has some good deals and everything is dynoed and documeneted. i set my truck up for racing. high 13's in the 1/4 is a quick little bitch, also www.krcperformance.com has stuff, but his prices are going up.

i only planned on the h.o cams or maybe the 206? i think thats what i was looking at. i dont want or need any larger cam that that in this truck, just need low end torque. the larger cams will start taking away the low end and move it up in the rpm's where i dont need it.
Now you guys have got me a little sick to my stomach. ha ha. I've done my gas mileage around town, city driving. I just use the old fill-up and mileage since last fill up way of figuring out my gas mileage. I have the 4x4 CC 4.7L with the 3.55 gears and 265-75-16 tires, and I'm only getting about 14.5 mpg around town!! Does this seem exceptionally low to everyone? I haven't taken it on any trips since getting it, so not sure how it will do with highway driving. What are you guys getting with city driving?
