I'd hate to get caught with that in my vehicle when entering the base. I want one though, get rid of those birds waking me up in the morning, I'm sure the neighbors would be a bunch of bitches and complain about the noise.

A buddy of mine picked up a Glock .45 last year and he actually hates it. Said it tries to take his hand off every time he shoots it (and he's a 6' tall jacked dude). Just random babbling. Carry on. lol

Stateside it's legal as long as you are going directly from your house to the gate or vice versa. Make sure you have it registered and in your PIF, so the commander and first shirt know. Then you're golden.

This ruger is one of the most accurate .45s as well as very slight recoil (for a .45) because of it's weight. It's a fantastic hand gun. MSRP at $600, I got it for $440 with a military discount at a gun show.

I was a Police Officer in Oklahoma for four years 97-2001, I still have a CCW and still carry. When the truck got shot, I held a handfull of them at gunpoint until the local PD arrived to arrest them. It happened before I bought my home and we were in a rent home waiting for the closing.

Wow you actually caught some of them? I bet they were about to **** their pants. How'd the cops react when you had your gun on those douchebags?

The guys I caught were taking cover behind my truck and they identified those who did the actual shooting. I was talking to the dispatcher on my cell phone while, I told them I was a certified Police Officer, wearing body armor and holding suspects at gunpoint. The local PD was like "Good job brother" the Navy on the other hand, were less excited about my involvement to say the least, lol. It all worked out in the end and the damage to my truck got paid for.

Nope, it happened like this. A handfull of guys were walking along and a car stopped in the street. They start yelling and then shooting 25rds if I remember correctly. The guys on foot hid behind and under my truck and exhcange gun fire with the guys in the car. I see my truck get hit and become super pissed. I put on my body armor, grab my gun and call the PD on my cell. As soon as the car speeds away I walk out and take control of the bangers hiding under my truck.
