20s with little sidewall is fine for a 2wd or a 4wd pavement queen, but does not allow for near enough sidewall flex on a 4x4 who does even mild off-roading.
If you travel at all off the pavement, even with a 4x2, stick with the 18s or even opt for 17" wheels...
You haven't seen funny till you've seen my grandfather drive his Lincoln Mark LT with 20" chrome wheels down the tote roads at our camp in Dexter all the while bitching about how they put "Those damn huge wagon wheels" on it.
haha well to answer your original question, i have some goodyear fortera triple treads and they work wonderful in the rain, offroad, and onroad...
i live in florida so it was very important that these tires be good in the rain and they work well...
