its another flashpaq, dont know what happened to the cortex i was suppose to get, but oh well. we will try it this weekend. i need to return the other paper weight for good measure.

well here is the waited update. i was able to load a tune with no issues, my tuner says locked program ok. i have the 236 database. everything seem fine for now. i will have to take truck for a beater run too see how it responds. i still think the original tuner i received was defective.

 

I really hope you are right, I read some of your comments on that other website..... sucks when you pay a lot of money for something and it doesn't work right. Goodluck.

 

here is another update. truck is fine. been mainly messing around with the 87 octane tune. this allowed me to run the nitrous for some time today until my bottle went dry. kinda cold out there. this morning was minus 6 degrees and it only got up to the teens this afternoon. gonna take it out on the highway tomorrow and try to break the 140 mph barrier. truck stock would hit 118 and shut off the fuel, so i know it will be able to handle it. just gonna take it one week at a time and see if i can get some dyno time in

 

Be careful. I got caught opening up the bike on a back road before. Sucks being down on the pavement with a cop pointing a gun at your head.

 

you stopped on a motorcycle?, why? also i woke up this morning to a snowstorm, wont be breaking no speed barriers today. might do some wheelin around the neighborhood. nothing like fresh tracks across peoples frt lawns.
