Default lets talk tire/rim setups

right now i have the 17'' chrome rims on and good cond 265/65/17 high way tires on. this set up is awesome in the snow. but i do some offroadin in the summer. the truck is getting 2'' levelkit in front and 2'' in back.

i want to switch to another rim and tire for summer to be able to keep up with friends in their lifted jeeps. i was looking at 15x5x5.5 craiger rims but they have a backspacing of 4. would that not work on my truck? i plan on putting on 31 x10.5 or 31x12.5( can i run 12.5?) BFG a/t let me know what ya think the rims are $46 a piece and tires i can get 300 used in good cond.

or there is a set with 15'' american racing alum wheels and 31'' BFGS for 600 great cond. what would you do?

depending on the bolt pattern 5.5 i dont think the 15 will fit. and the other with backspacing wont fit. try and find a set of used 16 inch 5.5 dakota rims, search craigs list or junk yards

I've looked at these before. The guy must have his own CNC machine. Don't know anything about them, but they look pretty bullet proof.
