Is there a danger you will reach a point where the water volume exceeds the compressed cylinder volume and "lock" your engine hard?

Thanks,
John
If I were not using the atomization injectors, then yes. We chose 575cc Bosch SIEMENS Racing 3102 alcohol spray cone for maximum atomization. Siemens 3102 - 575cc/min The actual ammount compressing in the cylinder is within compression limits. The maximum allowable is a little over 250cc min cycle. Anything above that will run the risk of piston failure as you know fluid doesn't compress as air does. We have made several runs while datalogging and never exceeded our maximum allowable compression ratios.

John, I re-read your post and I see what you are saying. Hopefully this will help.

Alcohol Volume (By Weight) 223.02830 CC/MIN/This is going into the throttle body
CYL 1.784226394 CC/CST/CYL this is CC Per Individual Cylinder.

Water Volume (By Weight) 223.02830 CC/MIN/Per all 8 Cylinders
CYL 1.784226394 CC/CST/CYL Per Individual Cylinder.

With this mixture, 250cc is the safest I can run. The calculations chage as I change mixtures.

Default Is that LineX or some other bedliner you you have?

I was looking at the pump and tank setup and the first thing I noticed was "hey that looks like the LineX I have in my bed."

That is actually a herculiner DIY kit. I used an electric spraying paint gun to spray the liner in. Most people can't believe it. I will but another coat on it before Moparmadness next month.
