I actually took the wire needed for the AC, and ran it to a switched power source. (ignition) but have a switch in the line to turn it on and off...
its fuesd with a 10 amp fuse in a couple of female spade connectors... That line just looks for a (+) signal between 4 volts and 12...
I didnt want to run a wire to the condenser.

I got the 118 from flexalite with the 31147 Adjustable temp sensor. I'd recommend getting the Part# 31165-VSC. You'll have a LOT more control over when the fan runs, and at what % it runs at, etc. The only part that really made me nervous was putting the connectors that hold the fan in place through the radiator. I used a really long skinny nail to start it, then put the mounting hardware through. Overall it really wasn't bad at all. I'd also recommend getting some wire loom, it made my overall install look MUCH better.
