Deeper gears will not hurt the transmission. 3.55's are the highest numerical ratio available from the factory for fuel economy. The manual overdrive (6th) isn't as numerically low as the automatics, so RPM at highway speeds will be higher.

I ran the dak against moms hemi ram sunday on the interstate coming back from Tennessee. we did a pull from 80-100 mph and the dak kept up till about 95 when she started getting about 1-2mph pull on me. she has hemi, cai, superchips programer, dual exaust, and 35's.
