Not difficult, you will need the tool to do it. I have one if you need the part number.

No, I have a cylinder pressure gauge that is threaded for my sparkplug hole. I removed the gauge and hooked it to my air compressor and charged the cylinder with air. Now you can compress the valve springs. If you drop one into the cylinder, be prepared to pull the heads.

It is easier to change the springs with the head on a bench.

Yea im gana pull the heads when i change my cams because i think im doing springs too

HOLLY CRAP there alil pricy hahah do you think one ment for fords will work like a 4.6 cuz they kinda look identicle eccept the 4.7 one has more knotches on the bottom

I'm sure there are a couple of spring compressors that will work. I can tell you the one from Miller tool makes it easy.
