i didn't even use a dremel. just a small file and it took about 13.234 seconds.

Do the 4.7 and 3.7 use the same stat?

on my last thermostat i just jamed it in there with no notch and it worked fine. I think

Dont laugh, not mechanically inclined here, but do I want the gap set at anything different than factory recommendation (owners manual) for the 3.7L?

Hey ozone,
I saw your post earlier and forgot to respond. You want to gap them to .042" per:

Very interesting read and it discusses some useful information, expecially on how autolite rates their plugs and their input on the 3923 plug for our engines.
