Check out Richie on Bionic. He is forging his internals and switching to a Novi2000 blower and is going to run 20+ psi.

I am making sure i have all the $$ before I get started. Also would I need a new rear end?

3.92 gears is what is recommended for supercharged trucks. There is a pretty good debate as to which is better. Some say 3.55s are better but the 4.10s worked great for me.
