2005 dakota cb antenna mounting

hi, i have 2005 dakota im looking to mount the cb antenna coming out of the hood, all the clips that i searched goes up too 2004. anyone know of a antenna clip that works with 2005. thank you

I got the mounting brackets from a local communications shop. easy enough to get, shouldn't be to hard find one!
