Default Truck won't go into PARK

Everything was normal before it happened, put the truck into drive and when I tried to put it back into park it wouldn't go. shifter lever goes all the way up but the truck itself won't go into park and I have to fight with it to get reverse, (slidding the lever up fast to catch reverse.

it's at the dealer right now but they are book full till after the long weekend and I'm not sure if they'll be able to get to it any time soon.

Last time the truck did something like this it was skipping reverse and going in to park, that was messed up. hopefully they get a look at it today but not sure

It was a simple fix, they replaced a small partl (warranty) and I was on my way agian,
There something about not liking the idea of starting your truck and hearing the truck kick into reverse before you even touch the shifter.

Tis all good. Now If I can just get these dam tires to balance, I'd be in heaven. getting that redone tonight, and hopefully it fixed the shacking at 90kmh. must be the tires cuz I had no problems before I got them. we'll see how it goes.

LOL my mom smoked my clutch in my old 98 Dak. It was the 2.5 with 5spd and she blew it to pieces.
