I've read 20 minutes.

Someone also posted the shortcut was to unplug the negative battery cable, and then turn the ignition to START and hold it for 5 seconds, which will drain the computer's power.

Do we need to reset the ECM after the new plugs are installed?

i tried the the autolite XPs and the Bosch Irridium and both caused all sorts of sensors to go off causing the truck to run like crap. The dealer said only to put the NGK's back in. I have 3.7L though..

I recently put the bosches in my 06 HO, the ones with 2 electrodes. Decided I should change them after checking in the manual & it said change at 30000 miles. The original plugs still looked like new though at 46000. The little thing for looking up parts at walmart only listed the bosches so that's what I got. Truck's been running exactly the same for 600 miles or so now...

Hummmm... It seems I am a bit behind on this one.

I have 97000 miles on my 05 with stock plugs. I was going with the "ain't broke, don't fix it mentality".

Would new polugs be good for the ole gal? If so are we still saying the autolite 3923 is the best? What gap?

Thanks.

Holy crap you have 100k on stock plugs. Yes new plugs will help. Get the 3923 .040" if i remember correctly.

Copper plugs were not made to last this long.
