Unhappy Power Windows

2005 Dodge Dakota
Manuel says power windows should operate for 10 minutes after truck turned off this is not the case with my truck the Manuel also says the deal is able to turn this on but unfortunately my dealer is at wits end on how to do this does anyone have any ideas.
thanks for your thoughts.

Are you keeping the doors closed? Cause if you open the doors after turning the ignition switch off it will deplete this power source until you turn it back on.

My 2006 Dakota does the same thing. Also the radio will not operate after shutting the truck off.

Just took out the owner's manual for 2006, it says that the windows will operate only when the ignition switch is turned to the ON position. As for the radio, the ignition switch must be in the ON or ACC position to operate the radio. I would be surprised if 05 is different. So be it...
