Quick question can I run my 05 dodge Dakota in 4-wheel drive with the tuner on max performance it doesn't say any where that I can"t just want to be sure? Have a big storm coming any input would be appreciated!

why couldn't you?
4wd is part of the truck, they wouldn't make a programmer that didn't allow 4wd use.
