Default changed my spark plugs today

changed my stock champions to autolites 3923's the champions were at least .45 gap and up. glad I did them. noticed a better idle already

well i couldnt have done it without all the info i have read on this forum. The real inportant one to blow out the holes before taking the plugs out ! And also going with the 3923's. Hmm what to do next to the dak ?

Good initial mods are better plugs, CAI or FIPK, resonator/muffler delete replaced by performance muffler, and tuner.

I'm taking it into the dealer for maintance are there are any updates for the pcm or tcm that anyone knows of ?

I emailed my dodge dealer and they said maybe... I'm pretty sure we do though.

Dealer looked the gap up for me when I was in there Saturday. .040 is what they are supposed to be for the 4.7 HO V8.

Don't forget, there are different plugs between the 'J' engine and the 'N' engine.

Yeah, I got a 'J' engine and most likely have to go to a big store to get them, as the little town store looks at me funny...

I went by the under hood sticker and by research on this forum .40 gap

.40 is going to give you major problems! .040 is much better =)
