What wheel should I buy ??
I will order them on Sunday or Monday, I was wondering do you think I should buy the tires off ebay as well or do you think I would have a better time getting like a discount tire to do a better job mounting them and so forth if I at least bought the tires thru them?
I spent the day with my dad, there is a kid across the street at a horse farm that has been out of work for about a year, I should not call him a kid he is 33 LOL.. But I took my wifes jeep grand Cherokee limited over there and had him put mobil one in the front and rear axles and replace the trans filter and fluid with more mobil one trans fluid a good job done.. This guy is a good mechanic and big into motorcycle snowmobile racing had like 80 trophies in his pole barn, drove his snow machines around the horse farm wasent planning on riding so I wasent dressed for it pretty cold.. Go see the new where wolf movie very good.. Cya Slick

You can get them from treadepot.c0m, there is $25.00 off the set, (Discount code is DCTD25), which comes out to $571.00 . Here is the link, but there is a shipping charge.

But first, with that info in hand, try to call this guy from dicount tire direct and try to have him price match. Hopefully with no shipping charge.
Bill at 1-800-589-6789 ext 51861 and he should be able to help you out.

Hey Dakotaff, I thought post #18 on that thread was gonna be brutal and discourage me from the 285/50/20's but it didn't seem that bad. I tried PMing him but is he even around anymore? I just wanna know if the rub was unbearable or only on heavy cut turns... then I am ready to order as well! Thanks for allowing me to hitchhike along the thread with you Slick!
no problem man, I did look at some of LAB guys past threads and he seemed to think it took more accelerator to move his truck tho.. My thing is if I dont go this rout with these tires and wheels I would only be going to a smaller wheel and big mud tires so there really is not difference, I am going to get these wheels ordered as soon as I get back from auto zone..
I did find out this guys stock ram wheels had a +17 offset compared to the +25 offset that these SRT-10 wheels have which I dont feel will make much of a difference it will just tuck the wheel inside the fender more.. Cya Slick
