Tuner, Which one?
haha, Yeah I would agree...
You can buy an SCT tuner and tuning package from KRC. Even buying one blank gives you alot more control than any of the others do. The only down side is you can't tune the tranny. Hemifever@aol.com who is Mr. Sean Powell writes my tunes. He also offers SCT and tuning packages.
I have been on the fence with superchips (I read the forum and got worried after reading some horror stories) but I posted about them and a couple member responded and everything is positive with the new models. Im going with the cortex, just for the reason if I want to resell it, it supports more models so I should be able to sell it easier.

i was worried to but ive heard gd things still about them and i saw on the site the cortex has a 2 year powertrain warranty? i wonder why only 2 years and has anyone had to use it?
The 2 year warranty wont matter for me. I just rolled over to 99k this weekend, and the warranty is only good to 100k.
It would be interesting to see if anyone has ever had to use it. In a way, I doubt it. It may just be one of their gimics. You have to read the terms on it real carefully. For example, if you motor blow up after you put the program in, they may say it isnt the programs fault because you had a CAI on the engine, or something like that. But, I could be wrong.
