Thanks guys. Even with only 5psi of boost I'm still hitting 60 is less than 6 seconds. I'm missing 10psi of boost due to belt slip. That is the equivelant of 150 horse power, lol. Just wait until I get my belt slip worked out.

change the slipping belt to an actuall drive chain, like a dirt bike, no slipping than, chain wont slip, just stretch alittle, might have to fabricate some other types of pulleys, or maybe the slippage is a good thing. dont want to hear or see, KABOOM

Billy have you looked into the dayco polycog belt? I've read it gets rid of belt slip issues for a lot of mustang dudes.

The polycog is almost identical to the gatorback but I'm going to try it. I have about three more belts in mind. We will find a way to make it work.

Superdak, you are thinking of the cog drive system.

I've looked into it and ASP Racing can build me one but it will cost around $500 and I will have to mail them my blower, mount pullies and all. Estimated time is about two months.

I'm not worried about anything going kaboom. I can build/rebuild engines and pulling down 14psi I don't even trip the knock sensor. Even if I did, I would just go back to the stock 3.5" pulley.
