Sorry Ron (if you read these forums), just bustin'.

He does as much as he can with the short chain SC appears to keep him on.

Im loving my TM reduced to 10% at WOT. Between 1-2 it will plant my head in to the head rest and I love the feeling of it pulling through the whole shift instead of bogging out.

Chirping 2nd gear pretty hard now

Has anyone messed with the shift table? I'm curious what a good setting would be for shift points. What is the max. safe rpm we should stay below so I can adjust that?

I owned a 2001 R/T but this 4.7 is a new animal to me and superchips doesn't have any good literature really on the trans update.

Youre chirping second? Wow, what is your TM reduced to? I can only get the tires to scratch the pavement at 9%.

I do have a shift schedule that is modified to values that you should be able to plug right in to your tuner for improvment over stock. If youve been looking at the Hemi schedules, the shifting curves are very simlar to those. If you tweak the shedule by moving the shift curves closer together, you should be able to get a pretty aggressive schedule with little work. Anyone that would like it, just post your email and Ill send it out to you.

There are only a couple problems I noticed with the schedule; It could shift up a gear while cruising around 45mph. It stays around 2200 rpm so that curve needs to be adjusted. And the other problem is you can feel the downshift from 2-1 when coming to a stop at 13mph so that needs to be adjusted as well. But its a good starting point.

Speaking of firm shifts, I kind of wanna give this a try:

Its line pressure in our transmission, so its not related to anything superchips is messing with. I wonder if it would hurt the transmission though with 15-30psi extra AND the reduced TM.

I have my TM down to 9.2 at WOT, 11.4 on part 1 shifts, 11.4 on part 2 shifts, 20 on 2p shifts, and 40 for 3-4 shifts.
