Default 1/4 mile times for 4.7 HO ?

Anyone have 1/4 mile times for Dakota 4x4 quad cab with 4.7 HO? Just got the truck and haven't gone to the track yet. Was just curious. Just sold my old 2000 Chevy Silverado 2500HD ECLB with the following 6.0 , Z06 cam, 4L80E auto, 4.10 G80, K&N, HPtuner Tuned by me, STS Turbo, 02 PCM, IC, 44lb injectors, walbro 255lph, 05 E-Fans, and 160* t I had it running 13.90's . Keep in mind the truck was over 6300# Sure miss all that power. I'm already looking to do some mods. I know HPTuners are working on programing for the Dodges. So much better than a hand held. Not much you can't do with it. I wish they would hurry up. lol

I know my work is cut out for me. The turbo was the easiest mod I did. Picked up a full 3 seconds in a 1/4 mile. If i can get it in the low 15's or high 14's Ill be happy. If i would of had traction i could of got the old truck in the low 13's. anything past 8 # boost the tires would go up in smoke.

Now that is what I'm talking about. My best is a 13.2 @ 14psi boost on drag slicks. That was with my 206 cams, I haven't been to the dyno or track with the 224s yet.

Here is my dyno sheet when i first put the turbo. this was with the T60 turbo and the crappy 2000 pcm. Truck only ran a 15 flat. we couldn't figure out what the problem was till a month later. Put an 02 pcm on it and tuned it myself and ran like a raped ape lol. I upgraded to a GT67 turbo, added meth injection and a intercooler. Never had a change to put it on a dyno agan. I have no clue what kind of hp it was making. only thing i know is that with HPTuner i was able to log torc and was putting out 530+

Right on, those are some good numbers. I think I've seen your truck on another forum or site. Jerry2500 if I'm correct? If not I apologize.

Welcome to DF and the G3 Dakota section. What plans do you have for the new Dakota? Hopefully another rear mounted turbo kit

That's me. I was the 2nd guy on the forum to use the STS turbo. I was the test truck for the 3/4 ton truck application. Allen Nelson set me up with it. I learned alot about tuning with him. hopefully HPTuners will get the programing out for the 4.7 dodge then i can start with the mods. There's nothing like being FI.
