Looks great brother. I actually considered using the fan shroud but opted for the extruded nut instead.

Nope but its on my list of things to do. Mods in the garage still waiting to be installed. Just sitting on the shelf until I can fit them in.

1. New charcoal grey carpet
2. Sound mats for the floor and doors.
3. New interior door panels
4. HHR Fan brackets
5. 3" blower pulley
6. Auburn LSD

hey napa canada dont use the same part numbers so from what vehicule you stole the 180 degree thermostat #530080

Sorry I missed this. But yeah, you can buy a generic T stat the same size and drill a hole in side or cut a slit with a dremel.

I answered his same question in my write up I did, and added the Canada Napa part #

OK i bought the stant 13008 (5,2/5,9 engines)
and i compare it at the autopart to the one that is supposed to fit my truck(4,7 2006 dakota)...
they were alot different?? the stock one had a hole with a checkvalve on the side and the notch on the thermostat was useless because the gasket dont have the dent inside??? why the stock remplacement is SO different than the pic you shown me??

and i forgot there is a big needle on the top of the brass thing?
