Default Need boosting help

Well im planing on a rear mount turbo from sts and need to know what else to buy.

1.sts universal turbo kit
2.Headers and cats
3.sct tune
4.Maby 224 cams
5.boost and a/f gauges
6.Injectors

If i need anyting else please help

Solid motor/tranny mounts, 2-BAR MAP. Ensure the kit comes with a BOV, if not you will need to buy one.

If you go with the 224 grind get the grind Travis has. Mine is a Turbo grind, his is super lopy and I love the way it sounds!

Yea i think it does come with a bov and if not i can get one for free. And what does the 2 bar map do?

BAR is a unit of pressure. At sea level you are feeling the effects of 14.7 psi, sometimes referred to as one atmosphere, sometimes referred to as 1 bar.

MAP is Manifold Absolute Pressure

Superchargers compress air and pressurize the Manifold. Your tuner needs a sensor that can sense and monitor the pressure. Your PCM calculates the air density to determine air mass flow ratios to control fuel injection to maximize power.

The kit comes with 2bar sensor and an SCT tuner already.

It dosent say that it comes with the tuner or a map sensor but i will call tomorrow

Actually both Trucky and I are tuned by Mr. Sean Powell, an SCT field tuner for Watson Performance. His email is hemifever@aol.com and he offers tuning deals with the tuners.

Oh yeah injectors come with it already too...

This top seller single turbo kit includes a 67mm turbo, injectors, map sensor, SCT, Blow off kit, wastegate, K&N Filter, scavenge pump, and lines, clamps, couplers, and pipe.
you don't need anything else that's what makes it a kit. Blown is right about torque dampers though our engine mounts can't handle the extra power.
