And did you disconnect the battery or no? How many miles do you have on Hendrixx?

Did it say the TPS circuit was high or low? If it did, it may just be a fluke. If it happens again, youll need a new sensor, but they are only like $30.

Once you clear it, its gone. If you didnt clear it, they should still be in the PCM even if the light went off. Theres a backlog until a reset occurs.

When you unplug that battery, it affects the voltages going to the sensors and everything. When you hook it back up, the voltage can spike for a second.

Also, with your new efan, when it kicks in it could be taking too much power away from sensors. If the alternator and battery are both good, you should have no problems.

I would just drive it and see what happens. These trucks get a little testy during their "learning" period after you reset the PCM. I got a trans code a couple weeks ago that caused my truck to go in to limp mode. Reset it and havent got it since.

Thats the one reason why I wont put one on my truck. A fan that would put out the CFM that I would feel comfortable with putting on my truck is going to take a hit on the alternator every time it kicks on. In the laws of physics, while the fan is on I will have nothing to gain. The alt will be putting more strain on the belt since more power is being drained. My dash lights already dim every time I flick on the directional. Maybe if I get a alt that can handle more output, Ill consider an efan. Just my .02
