Default Real men paint without using cans...

With the use of an air compressor, a paint sprayer attachment, and lots of sanding/priming/taping... This truck is off the chain.

This takes talent!!

Well crap, now your screwed Travis. You will never be an OTM on this forum. You have a mad modified performance engine, drivetrain mods and now you've exposed how we rock paint jobs in my garage. Your truck is sick homie!

whats in store for the bumper? I want to paint mine, but I believe chromed metal might be a little more difficult than chromed plastic to paint....at least prep wise...

I know! Too bad the voters don't like performance/real paint.

Both Travis's and mine are chrome and I painted them both. You just have to know what your doing, do the proper prep and have the right setting on your sprayer.

Well I thought it was obvious! Lol it will be straight black. Also, chrome is easy to sand and paint dude you just gotta do it right. 600-800 grit sanding sponge, then self etching primer, then sandable primer, wet sand it down, then a few coats of paint, wet sand it, repaint, and clear coat!!

You should be proud brother. Hours of sweat, labor, painting and wrench turning are paying off big time!

Well the bumper is actually finished. I actually finished painting it around 7pm or so. It will dry overnight and Travis will lay down the clear coat in the morning.
