Mr Powell is very good, i had marty do my tunes but he is no longer around, if you wanna get h/o cams then the sc tuner will be good, unlike blown and I who went big, we needed a custom tune, the sct tuner is the way to go and have come a long way. Its amazing the stuff that these guys can do with a custon tune, may take a few tries to get the tune pinpointed but done hate. it will be awesome in the long run.

Not sure what to say. His build threads are superb to say the least. Has anyone else on here done anything like he has to a new dakota?

So, if you have only built a dakota, your the only source of tech info?
I have built a forged ohv motor, and blown it... its no dakota I guess... but the theory and implementation are pretty much the same.
I had a 4.6l mustang in the 10s...
His build threads are great, don't get me wrong... but this forum relies on him for everything... half of the things he's asked, have been covered, in depth, by other members. Blown answers a lot of questions that are covered on a pretty regular basis.
Take it how you want I guess, I won't knock blowns knowledge of these motors. But there are a few guys on df who can crawl through these motors...

If I wanted to know more info on Turbos I would ask Eric, Donkeypunch or Dodgetrucker. No their G3 Dakota's are not turbo'd but they have all built turbo setups.
If I waned to know about stereos or fabricating a box I would ask Eric as I don't do a whole lot with stereos.
If I wanted more info on putting a Hemi into a G3 Dakota I would ask Dusty05 because he has done it.
