Just got back from PA, no power windows now?

Default Just got back from PA, no power windows now?
Has anyone had this problem? my power windows refuse to work...

I checked for blown fuses, and they are all fine. I need to figure out what relay to check. They worked fine on thursday morning, now nothing. very strange.

Did you try them individually or just from the drivers side control switches?

well, I tried the drivers side gang switch first, then tried the passenger front switch...

I should note that the truck sat for all of 3 days while I was gone...

Is your low voltage indicator coming on? When my alternator started dying my low voltage was on and I lost the power windows, fog lamps and accessory outlets.

not yet, the only thing I have lost is the windows so far... I guess I will try to test the Alt tomorrow.

Not sure if this is even applicable for our trucks but I had all my power windows and sunroof crap out on my Nissan and it turned out to be a bad Body Control Module

yeah take out the Switch board itself and test it...cause i believe there is a fuse on the bottom of the window/door lock thing on the door if you remove the whole thing from the door!

Have you pulled the door panel recently? This happend on my wife Durango. I had changed the door speakers and i didn't plug the harness all the way in. 3 months later the power windows had stoped working. Plug it back in and everything worked.

my passanger side is intermittent it will go down and not come back up some times itll die and other times itll work i usually hafta play with the switch and itll kick in hasnt done it fir a while now

come to think about it it started after playing inthe sand dunes lasty summer

I have popped the gang switch out, and its plugged in. I dont know what ohm values to check for, so I cant be sure if its good or not. I would hate to buy a new one, for over a hundred bucks, and have that not be it...

I have tomorrow off, so I will dig into it a little and see what I can come up with.
