Default DAMN!! Idle problems

I guess is my turn ! My 07' dak has almost 38k miles. About 3,500k miles ago i changed the oil, plugs and got a K&N drop in filter and the only mod i got is the Borla exhaust.

Ok, now to the problem. A couple of days ago i notice that when my truck is sitting on park at idle, the idle drops below 500 rpms and it almost stalls. When is on gear and driving it's ok, no problems. It's only at idle and in park.

Normally she idles at 700 rpms: rain, shine, hot or cold it has always been the same since i got her. I don't know if it's the throttle position sensor or the pcv valve or what! I have checked for vaccumm leaks and nothing and i got no codes or check engine lights or warning lights . Nothing! I'm stumped!

Any suggestions will be appreciated !!!!

pull the IAC and clean it? In gear the computer increases RPM's cause it's under load so that may explain why it does not die while in gear....

Do you use a tuner? When I used the SC Cortex I was running the 91 Octane tune and the wife put in 87 and it really messed with the idle. With the SCT I can adjust my idle RPMs, just curious.
