yeah...heating problems again? come on man! either way the truck is sick! do you know why your cams are not giving you the power they are supposed to? something not dialed in right or something? and blown will 4.11 front gears work with a 4.10 rear gear ratio?

With turbo grind cams on a OHC motor there is a spot high in the RPM range under WOT where you max out power. The 4.10s are taking me through the RPM range too fast for the cams to max out or "stretch out" the boost long enough throughout the gear pull.

The supercharger generates a lot of heat with the 3" pulley and my EGTs kept jumping up. So the intercooler will fix that.

Thanks brother. There were a lot of people amazed that my truck was putting more to the wheels than R/T Hemi Chargers with intake/exhast systems and Diablo tuning. Still proud of my truck but I've got to get this 3rd gear pull worked out.

2nd Gear = 308 rwhp @ 13.67psi boost
3rd Gear = 286 rwhp @ 12.26 psi boost

i was about to say with the cams and the charger i would think 3.55 gears be better in the long run. and my buddy found out on his old dodge when he had it turbo-ed that he got more horses out if it with stock manifolds then headers. blown if u put the 206s back in i'll give u 400 for the 224s

Blown what kind of intercooler are you gonna use air to water or air to air? And where are you gonna mount it?

I've got a FMIC in the garage just never installed it.

But I'm thinking I might go with an water to air intercooler. I've been looking at this setup.

Blown i would go with air/water because space in the front of these trucks is limited.
or you can do this with a air/air

You need to install one of these in the bed...

Run one line for the fuel, the other for the water intercooler.

...and yeah, I know the price on that one is insane, but you could make one that does the same thing alot cheaper... hell even add in a 3rd line for the alcohol...

i would wait before switching out the gears, 2 things, try a different dyno, and try a larger diameter tire, larger tire might benefit you the same as switching gears. dont know what you are running, 16 or 17 inch, but see if someone can lend you a set of 20's off a ram, then you may pull the numbers, but if you are running 20's than a swap must be done
