Well for drag strip/dyno a water-to-air system is more efficient. Plus you can chill the water, pack it full of ice etc. But for long drives it can become heat soaked. Air to air intercoolers are better for street and highway driving, etc.

Pretty much. After the holidays I'm going to try a different dyno shop. After that I'm going to try the water to air and lower the boost charge. If that doesn't do it I will be going back to 3.55s and put the 4.10s on ebay.
okay well if you do that forget ebay i'm right here i call dibs! and blown can i put 4.11's in the front diff and have 4.10's in the rear? Or if i just never use 4X4 ever again i'll be okay?
4.10/4.11 combo works fine. Jeeps have been usin that from the factory for years.
Well crap guys, looks like the problem isn't the gears or cams. It's my stock LSD that grenaded its "C" clip a while back. I've got to get that Auburn LSD after Chirstmas. I will be installing a Water to air intercooler and the new LSD and I'm going to run on the same dyno to see the difference it makes.
I've had it since Sept. and now I really have a motivation to get it installed.

When I found my rear diff wasn't engaging all the time (one wheel peel) I removed the differential cover, drained the fluid and found remnants of it in the bottom.
This is what they look like.
