Here is the way to remove your headrests in the Quadcab. It should take you less than 10 seconds to remove each one.

Tool Needed - 1 large paperclip (or a thin nail)

Step 1 - Locate the hole to insert the paperclip. This will be on the driver side seat post of each headrest, do not worry about the other post. (This should be exposed on your seat post, I had to pull back the seat cover on my seat to expose the hole.)

Step 2 - Insert the paperclip into the hole. You have to catch the release, so if you miss it, the seat post will not release. If the head rest does not slide up, pull back the paperclip and try it again, straight in is what works.

Step 3 - Slide headrest up, paper clip is no longer needed.

Step 4 - Slide headrest up and out, it comes out with little room to spare.

To replace the headrest, slide it in until it locks down, no tool needed.

It's red, if it was pink, I'd rip it out! I guess the closeup with flash changes it.
