As some of you may remember I used to have a Split Second computer controlled alcohol injection system using actual Methanol electric fuel injectors.

I sold that kit about 6-8 months ago to DJwolf to support his Kenne Bell blower setup as that is the only way to get water/meth injection with his setup.
Here is the new setup using a Devil's Own injection nozzle and boost pressure switch. I plan on using this with my water to air intercooler just run a smaller nozzle.
Still using my Norhstar pump.

There are naturally aspirated setups that boost you race gas octane levels. You can buy a kit or build one like I did. The way I did it is much cheaper than buying a kit. Let me know if you need help/parts list.Originally Posted by thunder98110

couldn't i just use my windshield wiper reservoir and just put a nosel on the end of that into the intake? or does it need more pressure than that? yeah, new kits that you showed me are 300$.

"4. Why not use a windshield washer pump?Water/Methanol must be injected at above 50psi to properly atomize. Lower than 50psi causes greatly reduced air charge cooling as the result of larger droplets and their reduced total surface area. Also with inadequate atomization, there is a greater propensity to quench combustion resulting in a loss of power."
[QUOTE=thunder98110;2366842]"4. Why not use a windshield washer pump?/QUOTE]Mine only puts out 75psi max. It's rated for 70 but usually pushes right at 75. With naturally aspirated you run a much smaller nozzle so if you find a windshield washer pump that puts out 50psi on a 1 GPH or so nozzle.
