Default Will an 00-04 MTX Thunderform fit in an 05?

Hey Guys, I was about to order my MTX Thunderform for my 05 qc Dak but so far the only ones I can find or labeled for 00-04. Does anyone know if it would still fit in a gen 3? Also, I was suprised to see such a wide range in price. I have seen ones that are just the box (no sub or amp) for $250-300 and ones that say they loaded (with sub and amp) goin for $350-550. Dont wanna get ripped off payin too much or get gipped bein to frugal. Lemme know what you think. In other news, today I just got done running my own speaker wire for my new 6.5's. Took like 5 hours (I know that seems like alot), but I was happy that I was able to run the wires through the factory door grommets, completely behind and under the door, seatbelt and dash sills, and under the carpet in the back. When I got done, there is no trace of wire to be seen at all. Now I just need to run my RCA's under the rear cup holder and center console up to my PAC audio adapter (allows me to add a sub to the factory radio for a clean look). If any of you are tryin to do the same as me, as far as pumping up your audio and keep a clean factory look and have some good ideas or pics of install lemm know. Thanks!

I don't think it will fit! They are vehicle specific. But i found this:

Good luck and post some pics of what you decide to use!!!

Since youre going to lose your ability to fold up your seat either way, I would just find a "slim" enclosure that fits back there and use it. Go to best buy, walmart, ect and look for one of their combo deals. I know walmart has some awesome deals, just depends on what they have in stock sometimes. I got enclosures for 6X9 speakers, 2 Sony Xplods and a pioneer headunit with install kit for under $200 for my old truck there.

Hey guys, thanks for the replies...Thanks for the link Raven...this morning I found a couple that said they were for 00 and up, and they look the same as the ones that are labeled 00-04, thats why I wasnt sure if anyone else that has a Gen 3 QC has put one in and knows, guess I might end up having to cross my fingers. Rengnath, Thats not a bad idea, since the dimensions for the thunderform ar listed, guess I could check to see what I can find, maybe even get a better 10" sub and bigger amp than just the 200 watt one that I see most of them come with. Jkeaton, I agree, from the reviews that I have read, thunderforms are decent for adding a bit of bass, but your not gonna be breakin windows rollin down the street, so I think if i do go ahead and order one, i aint gonna pay more than $350-400 (tax+shipping included). Thanks for all the input guys and I will keep you posted on what I find.

If you don't mind taking up space behind the drivers seat, check out Bazooka Tubes.

do one of those isobaric subs, you can mount them anywhere (even under the truck, in a watertight enclosure, of course)

I was thinking about putting them under the seats but there is like no room to work with, unless you could somehow raise the rear bench seat with some blocks. (hate to be the passenger then though)
