Ok, I have this major habit of buying locking gas caps for all my vehicles. Nothing diffrent with the 08 Dak last year. Anyhow, got tired of the damn lock freezing so went to the Zone and bought a non-locking cap about 2-3 weeks ago. All good until yesterday, my GASCAP message comes on, ok, no problem, get out make sure cap is on tight, go on my way.
Well everytime I start the truck the damn message pops up. I know that my cap is on tight, anybody have the same problem and if so, what are your fixes.
