So I just scored another good deal. I just got a brand new black grille painted by Mopar for $93 off eBay.

I've been waiting for a red one to pop up for a while, but I figured I'd jump on this. I'm going to keep it black, get the nightrunner headlights, a red painted front bumper, and a set of tow hooks. My front end will then be complete. I only need to invest about $500 more. I'm also pulling off the door mouldings, putting on a body color shorty antenna, and getting a pair of black exhaust tips. The only chrome left will be on the dodge emblems.

 

That will look great man. I used to be a chrome fan, not anymore.

Oh for sure. If I could find a set of take offs from a new Ram locally, I might jump on those. Id get a nice set of street tires for the summer and use my current ones for the snow.

I'm all done there for the most part. I sold the fastman and I dont really want to stick any money in to the engine right now. It has 116k so if eventually it needs the top end redone, Ill do cams and lifters but I wont tear in to it just for fun now. Ill never be able to stick enough money in to it for it to turn heads when taking off from a stop light. Lol. Maybe Ill do gears eventually.
