So whats the texture of this plasti-dip after its dried? I am just curious as it seems my black plastic on my rear bumper wants to fade or something staining, I havent figured it out.

the texture is smooth flat black, i guess.

hmmm, so I guess with a decent prep it would actually look decent on black plastic...

I would assume so but the only prep that's needed really is a good cleaning, no sanding or anything like that

when i got my new bumper i painted the metal and plastic black and it all matches pretty good. only part i left unpainted was the top step insert.

My brother in-law wiped something on the plastic parts of his 97 ram and it freshened it up really nice. I need to ask him what he did, my plastic is showing some fading too. It was something that removed the very thin sunbleached layer to expose that new look again.

Any idea if plasti dip comes in OEM colors, like dark metallic grey to match some of our trucks?

Got my rims painted today.....FINALLY! Will get some pictures up tomorrow
