The thing about radiator fluid, or coolant. Is that it is designed to be able to absorb a great deal of heat from your engine without expanding as much as other fluids that have a much lower boiling point, and then circulate it away so your engine does not overheat. Fluids like alcohol evaporate, or boil, at much lower temperatures. The problem is that too much alcohol in the system can create too much pressure in your coolant system and not effectively cool your engine. This can lead to overheating and possibly blowing your radiator tubing. IMO
