Default so i may have done something really bad

so i was joking around with my buddy not paying attention to caps and poured windshield wiper fluid into my coolant bottle all the way to the top...when i noticed it it was after i put the lid back on...so tell me what are the bad things that are gonna happen and what i need to do thanks.

if you have not started the truck yet, take some tubing and siphon off what you put in. I dont know what that stuff would do to a radiator core since most of it is alcohol based....imo

All you have to do is drain your coolant overflow bottle and refill it with coolant.

okay how do i do that? I had to drive the truck about 4 miles from the gas station back to the barracks...so do i need to get a coolant flush? what could this stuff do to my motor?

The bottom of the bottle has a hose that you can unplug and let it drain but it will be slow.

so what your saying is it wont cause any real damage to my motor?

I have done that on my 2000 Dakota, Put almost 3/4 of a bottle in, ran it for 3 months until I realize what I did, I did not hurt anything at all. I would suggest you flush it, and keep an eye on the freeze protection until you flush it.

I don't think so but I wouldn't want to run it for any length of time. If I were you I would drain my overflow bottle tonight and refill it tomorrow.

I use the cheap stuff from Wal-mart, supertech I think is what it is.
